Is It Safe For Children To Play Arcade Games?
With the latest concerns about game and mobile addiction in children & teens should kids arcades be banned? Or should we be looking at mobile phones taking some of the responsibility of how underage children access adult web pages? As we remember our own slot playing adventures and those of our children, let’s cast a vote on whether slots should be banned from the children at the beach?
We s;pent entire days at the beach every Summer playing those slots and sliding coin games like the game show tipping point. And looking back I was always looking forward to the holidays! Right up into my teens, I took a couple of friends I took Sarah to Walton On The Naze & Alison to Camber Sands. We also went to Devonshire & Yorkshire. Walton was a great place with entertainment, club, rides and slots.
Walton On The Naze was one of the best places I visited as a child. With so many different things to do. And back then it was safe. The beach is just perfect and shallow to swim.
I remember taking my lot back to the old area but this time to Clacton. Now I wish I’d taken them to the exact place I used to spend my Summer vacation. They had a great time too and won plenty of coins.
It might have been there I got a liking for slots. But it was also there that I discovered my talent! It kept me quiet so luckily got to play on them all day!
Should Children Play Arcade Games/Slot Machines?
My children didn’t get addicted to gambling from a couple of sessions in the arcade. But it’s now a major concern. So what are your thoughts on children playing in arcades? Surely there should be a children’s section and an adults section. Obviously, the kiddies like rides and games. Take a moment to cast your vote -Thanks.
What’s the solution? Should there be a limit or pass so that both children and adults don’t play for too long? Or should children not be allowed in arcades? Tell me what you think in the comments section below.
